Our Dental Membership Plan
Our membership plan includes:
- Basic Cleaning | 2 times each year
- Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings (Wellness Plan Only) 3 times each year
- Fluoride | 2 times each year
- Exams | 2 times each year + 1 emergency + 1 comprehensive
- X-Rays | All necessary x-rays required and/or needed
- 30% off all dental treatments including crowns, teeth whitening, fillings, extractions, scaling and root planning, with no frequency limitations
- NO MAX!

We accept cash and all major credit cards for every procedure. For more extensive treatments, we offer payment plans to make your care more manageable.
